When you use the "Get A Quote" form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- The type of job and any details you describe about the work you need
- Any photos of your vehicle you choose to attach
We don't collect payment details, and we don't run analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit purely to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, and arrange your repair if you go ahead. We won't use your details for marketing without asking you first, and we don't sell or share your information with third parties other than as needed to run the enquiry (for example, our form is processed securely by our website host, Netlify).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and then delete it. If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, just get in touch.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To do so, contact us using the details above.
